Each grade applies the same way across phones, watches and tablets — the letter tells you exactly what to expect before you buy.
Grade A devices are pre-owned but show almost nothing for it. Expect at most the faintest trace of use on the screen, back or frame — anything with zero signs of use is listed as New instead.
Grading specification:
Little to no scratches. No cracks. No scuffs on screen or housing.
Grade B devices can carry very light scratches and the faintest scuffing on screen or housing, but never dents. These have been cared for, and it shows.
Grading specification:
Very minor scratches. No dents. Extremely subtle scuffs possible on screen and housing.
Grade C devices show minor scratches and light scuffing on the screen or housing, but stay completely free of cracks. Fully functional, with a few honest signs of daily use.
Grading specification:
Minor scratches. No cracks. Minor scuffs on screen and housing.
Grade D devices carry heavier scratches and visible scuffing across the screen and housing, but remain crack-free, structurally sound and fully operational.
